Returns:

Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may have already started.
